Preparation
For the sauce: In a pan toast the rice. Reservation.
Add to a bowl: soy sauce, orange juice, tree chile, cambray onion, rice and rice vinegar. Let the preparation rest for at least 2 hours. Once the time has passed, strain the sauce. Toast the sesame and add it to the sauce.
To a pan add the oil. Incorporate the tuna, once it is sealed on both sides, remove the fish from the fire.
Slice the tuna into thin slices. Marina the fish in the soy sauce (which you prepared) for 30 minutes.
Cut the avocado into slices.
In a toast, place a couple of slices of tuna, add a couple of pieces of avocado and a little sprouts. It serves.
