Preparation
First we are going to cook our tuna, for this we are going to add the tomato and the onion, and we will drain the tuna to later add it to our frying pan.
After about 3 minutes of adding the tuna we are going to season with salt and pepper, add the cilantro (chopped very finely).
Now we add about two teaspoons of ketchup, more or less or to taste.
We put out our fire and work with the dough, we have to stretch it with a rolling pin and cut circles to form our empanadas.
Since they are cut we are going to fill with the tuna, fold them to the mitas and with a fork you seal all the shore.
Put them in a greased tray or with waxed paper, and add them shine with the egg, for this you must put it in a container and mix very well, now with a brush you will varnish your empanadas and put them in the oven at a temperature of 170 ° C for about 40 minutes or until I started taking a golden color.
