Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 poblano peppers, roasted and deveined
  • 3 cans tuna in oil
  • 3 saladette tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cream
  • 150 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a pan fry the tomato, onion and tuna with little oil. Leave to cook and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the chiles with the fried tuna and place them in a refractory. Bat the chiles with the cream and top with the grated cheese. Microwave for 5 minutes. Let the cream and cheese melt.
Before serving, put them in the oven at 180 ° C for five minutes to gratinate the cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve a chili on a plate, bathe it with the sauce and cheese. Accompany with white rice.

Hola Alba, la salsa se refiere a la crema antes de gratinarlos pero en caso de que quisieras bañarlos con alguna salsa te recomendamos que hagas un caldillo de jitomate. Saludos :D
