Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • 4 pieces of mushroom big
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley chopped

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Remove the stem from the mushrooms and reserve the caps by removing the gills from the bottom with a spoon.
    In a bowl, mix the tuna in Dolores® water, the olive oil, the onion, the garlic, the lemon juice, the soy and the parsley.
    Season the mushrooms, fill with the tuna mixture and place them on a previously greased tray.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
