Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tuna in water, drained
  • 1 jicama, chopped into small cubes
  • celeries, in small cubes
  • 1 cucumber, in small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
  • hot chili peppers
  • black pepper, to taste
  • cayenne pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with the tuna.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the filling inside the bread.

PRESENTATION

Accompany it with french fries.
