Tuna sushi is delicious because of that combination of vegetable flavors and tuna.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams rice, for sushi
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, or white wine
  • 1 avocado, big
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 4 leaves nori seaweed
  • 200 grams tuna, cut into strips
  • soy sauce, sweet, to serve
  • 1/2 cucumbers, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 150 grams Philadephia cheese, cut into strips

Preparation

Put the rice in a small pan with 600ml of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Stir with the vinegar cover and let cool.
Divide the rice between the nori leaves and spread evenly, leaving an edge of 1 cm at the top and bottom. Place the tuna over the rice, carrot, cucumber and cream cheese.
Fold the bottom edge of the nori seaweed sheets over the stuffing and roll tightly.
Moisten the top edge with a little water to help seal the roll. Repeat the procedure to make 4 rolls. At this stage, the rolls can be wrapped individually in adherent plastic film and left to cool until they are ready to serve.
With a serrated knife, cut each roll into 8 slices.

TIPS

Serve with sweet soy sauce.
