I will start by saying that I am not very good in the kitchen and cooking the potatoes and forming the pancakes I had never been given, they always broke. But I discovered that with cooked tuna they are ideal and it is an ingredient that I can consume perfectly, my grandson loves them.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 potatoes medium
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • parsley dry to taste
  • vegetable oils the necessary

    Preparation

Peel the potatoes and rake them. Place them in a glass container with water for 15 minutes to remove the starch and do not oxidize.
Drain the tuna tins and empty them into a bowl. Add the grated potato previously drained.
Beat the egg, add a pinch of salt, pepper and dry parsley to taste. Add this mixture to the bowl with tuna and potatoes.
Heat a pan with enough oil and leave over medium heat. Add the bowl mixture by spoonfuls, flatten with a wooden shovel. Cook 7 to 8 minutes per side, you have to look golden. You can lower the fire to make sure it does not burn.
Serve in a dish and remove the excess fat with a napkin.

    PRESENTATION

Accompanied with white rice and rajas with cheese.

    TIPS

Me agradó la receta y en verdad quedan muy ricas, sólo que casi no rinde la papa como cuando se cuecen y machacan.
