Nothing like a bittersweet taste in food, here I share a rich recipe that can be made with tuna or any other fish fillet with an Asian touch using soy, ginger, honey and sesame seeds.

Preparation
In a bowl mix honey, soy sauce and ginger.
Put the tuna steaks in a salpimentar platter and add the previous mixture.
On a grill put the tuna steak for 6 minutes each side, the center will be pink. If you like, leave it longer so that it is more cooked.
