Nothing like a bittersweet taste in food, here I share a rich recipe that can be made with tuna or any other fish fillet with an Asian touch using soy, ginger, honey and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 Dolores® Tuna Medallions
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • pinches Ground ginger
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon bee honey

Preparation

In a bowl mix honey, soy sauce and ginger.
Put the tuna steaks in a salpimentar platter and add the previous mixture.
On a grill put the tuna steak for 6 minutes each side, the center will be pink. If you like, leave it longer so that it is more cooked.

PRESENTATION

Place the tuna, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.

TIPS

Garnish: steamed white rice, wild or whole rice and vegetables to taste.
