Preparation
Mix the mashed potatoes with the mustard, tuna, tomato, onion, 1 egg and 1 cup of bread. Mix well with your hands until you have a consistency like dough.
Form the balls the size of an egg. Reservation. In a bowl beat the egg with milk and season. In another dish place the bread crumbs with a little salt and pepper.
Pass the potato balls through the flour, then through the egg, remove the excess and pass through the bread crumbs. Repeat this twice and fry in hot oil.
Place on absorbent paper to remove the excess and serve with a little couscous salad
