  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 cups of bread crumbs
  • 1 drizzle of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of rice flour
  • 2 eggs

    Preparation

Mix the mashed potatoes with the mustard, tuna, tomato, onion, 1 egg and 1 cup of bread. Mix well with your hands until you have a consistency like dough.
Form the balls the size of an egg. Reservation. In a bowl beat the egg with milk and season. In another dish place the bread crumbs with a little salt and pepper.
