Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Dolores® Tuna Medallion Tuny®
  • 1 teaspoonful of sesame seed
  • 1 teaspoonful of black sesame seed
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of scallion
  • 1 teaspoonful of ginger grated

    Preparation

    Cut the frozen tuna into thin slices.
    Mix the soy and lemon and the grated ginger.
    Place the tuna on a plate.
    Serve the sauce on top of the tuna and a few drops of sesame oil.
    Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
