Preparation
Blend the guajillo chili with onion, orange juice, achiote, garlic, cumin, oregano and salt.
Marina Azul® Marina Tuna in olive oil with the previous preparation for 20 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil and cook marinated tuna a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve tuna over hot corn tortillas and serve with cilantro, onion and pineapple. Add a few drops of lemon and sauce.
