Ingredients

2 portions
  • 150 grams pending, in a slice cut in small cubes
  • 15 grams red onion, cut in julienne
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 5 milliliters sesame seed
  • 10 milliliters soy sauce
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 orange
  • 10 grams pending, in cubes
  • fried or toasted corn tortilla, mini corn
  • 1 leave lettuce, endive
  • sesame seeds

Preparation

Cut the tuna into small cubes. Reservation.
Mix the juice of the lemons and the juice of the orange along with the soy sauce and reserve.
Add the liquid preparation to the already cut tuna, then add the sesame oil, the purple onion and mix it with a spoon in an enveloping way so as not to break the tuna. Let marinate for 2 minutes.
Place on the toast a bed of lettuce and then a few squares of marinated tuna.
Decorate each tostadita with a cube of avocado, a leaf of cilantro and a pinch of sesame.

TIPS

Mix carefully the tuna with the liquids so that it does not lose the cube shape.
