Preparation
Soak the chilies in the water until they soften, drain and season with the onion, garlic, vinegar, cloves, cumin, salt and pepper.
In a deep bowl add the tuna in Dolores® water and season to taste.
Mix the tuna with the sauce that was prepared.
In a pan with a little oil add the mixture to heat it.
Put the mixture on toast, sprinkle with pineapple, cilantro and onion.
Accompany with sauce.
