Ingredients

6 portions
  • 10 guajillo chilies
  • 2 cups Water, hot
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups apple vinegar
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • pinches salt, and pepper
  • 4 cans Tuna
  • enough oil
  • 1/4 pineapples, cut into cubes
  • 10 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 1/2 onions, chopped (to decorate)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, washed, disinfected and chopped (to decorate)
  • enough sauce, To accompany

Preparation

Soak the chilies in the water until they soften, drain and season with the onion, garlic, vinegar, cloves, cumin, salt and pepper.
In a deep bowl add the tuna in Dolores® water and season to taste.
Mix the tuna with the sauce that was prepared.
In a pan with a little oil add the mixture to heat it.
Put the mixture on toast, sprinkle with pineapple, cilantro and onion.
Accompany with sauce.
