Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 avocado
  • 300 grams tuna, fresh cut into slices
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped, to taste
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 lemon, get the juice
  • to taste leek, cut into strips, fried, to decorate
  • mayonnaise, of chipotle
  • 6 fried or toasted corn tortilla

Preparation

In a pan brown the garlic with the olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Get out of the fire.
Add soy and lemon and mix well.
Chop the pore into very thin strips and fry in a pan.
Before serving, take a toast and put a layer of chipotle mayonnaise.
Mix the tuna with the soy sauce and garlic and put on the toast, on top of the mayonnaise.
Add the fried pore over the tuna and two slices of avocado.
Repeat with all the toast and serve.
