Tuna Toast with Mayonnaise and Chipotle

If you are a fan of fresh tuna you have to try these tuna toast with chipotle mayonnaise, you will be like a chef with your family and friends, they are very easy and quick to make, since in only 3 steps they are ready to eat. They are ideal as an entrance.

  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chili
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 600 grams tuna
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 8 corn tortilla chip
  • 1/4 cups black sesame seed
  • 1/2 cups leek, julienne and fried
  • 2 avocados, in fan


For the chipotle mayonnaise, in a bowl with the help of a spoon mix the mayonnaise with the ground chipotle, the salt and the pepper and integrate completely.
Cut the tuna into small cubes and place it in a bowl, add the soy sauce, the sesame oil, the orange juice, the lemon juice and the ginger. Marina around 10 minutes.
Spread each toast with a bit of chipotle mayonnaise, add the tuna, black sesame, fried pore, avocado and decorate with more chipotle mayonnaise. Enjoy


Place on an elongated board or on a plate 3 pieces and decorate with chipotle mayonnaise.


You can also make them with fresh salmon, they will be delicious.

Todo bien con la receta pero le reduciría la sal en la mayonesa. Con la salsa de soya (si no es reducida con limón) puede llegar a salarse.
