Preparation
Cook the tuna in water. Cover and reserve outside the fire.
Put a saucepan with a lot of olive oil and brown the garlic, remove. Right there the onion is fried and the fresh tomato is added, it is left to cook for a while.
Add the tomato puree and the jar of peppers, let it season for at least an hour and add the parsley.
Remove the spines from the tuna, in case you have them, add the sauce, the green olives and the other bottle of peppers and let it boil.
