I have seen this recipe with other types of fish and modified it. It's really delicious, easy and quick to prepare, for sure your family will love it, so try it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tuna steaks
  • basil
  • parsley
  • pilgrims
  • 1 clove garlic, Finely chopped or powdered
  • olive oils
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • peppermint

Preparation

First we will chop all the aromatic herbs that will give our steak a very good flavor.
Now in a bowl we mix them with olive oil (the necessary one) and then add a little salt (preferably in grain) and pepper to taste.
Next we are going to use a brush to make as if we painted the fillets.
Since you added the mixture, let it rest for a few minutes in which it is heated on an iron or grill. Put on each side a little olive oil and cook about 3 minutes on each side.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice and sautéed mushrooms or grilled zucchini.
