Weathered Fish Tacos with Beer

This recipe for weathered fish will make your mouth water, since it has a very crisp and delicious flavor. It is ideal for botanear, accompanied with its lettuce salad it will be the best option to delight you.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups beer
  • black pepper
  • flour, to cover the fish
  • 10 Fish fillets, Mountain range
  • 2 cups oil
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, filleted to accompany
  • lime
  • mayonnaise
  • hot sauce

Preparation

In a bowl, add the flour, the egg, the salt, the baking powder, the beer, the pepper and beat until completely mixed.
Pass the fish fillets through flour and immerse in the mixture that you previously prepared.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, dip the fish fillets in the mixture and fry for 3 min or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Place the fish fillets on an omelette and add lettuce, avocado, mayonnaise and serve with sauce and lemon.

PRESENTATION

On an omelette accompanied by lettuce, avocado, mayonnaise, sauce and lemon.

TIPS

Beer gives a fluffier touch to the weathered.
