Ingredients

  • 280 grams white fish fillet, bass or sea bass, semi-thawed
  • 30 grams tomtato
  • 30 grams onion
  • 10 grams fresh coriander
  • 40 milliliters lemon juice
  • 5 milliliters olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 fried or toasted corn tortilla, or chips to accompany

Preparation

Cut the white fish into cubes and let it stand cold with the fresh lemon juice.
