This fish recipe I love to prepare any day of the week when I did not have time to plan the meal. The touches of oriental flavor lift the fish and go perfect with rice or couscous.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 Celsius.
Mix the oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and ginger in a bowl. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onion in thin slices.
Oil a pyrex with some butter or oil and put the fish. Cover with the prepared sauce and marinate 5 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked (depends on the thickness of the fish).
Remove from the oven and serve with sauce on top.
