Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the garlic for 3-4 minutes.
Add the fish and fry for at least 10 minutes on each side.
Add the tomato and onion and mix everything with a shovel while cooking is finished. Season with oregano and salt.
To make the whiting, fill the tortillas with the fish filling and these can be roasted in the comal or fry in oil.
