Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 slice fresh tuna, yellow fin
  • black pepper, Rainbow
  • salt
  • olive oils

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
Put a thin layer of rainbow pepper and a little salt on one side of the tuna.
Once the oil is very hot in the pan, put the side of the tuna with the layer of pepper and salt just until it is sealed, turn the other side and wait for the same result. Remove from the boiling oil and you're done.

TIPS

It is very important that the oil is very hot before putting the tuna, since we only want to seal and not cook the meat.
