Ingredients

Preparation

In a container or bowl, mix the McCORMICK Balance® Mayonnaise with Avocado Oil with the oregano, garlic powder, chili powder, lemon juice, pepper and sea salt. Pour in the hot sauce, integrate and reserve.

Serve the whole fish on a bed of lettuce accompanied with lemon, orange, coriander, cherry tomato and corn tortillas.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

You can cover the fish with aluminum foil to help it cook evenly and then remove it to brown and form a crust.
