Prepare your own sushi at home with this rich recipe for Singles® flank sushi. You can put the spicy to taste and you could even make it with chicken instead of meat.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 package manchego cheese, Sliced ​​Singles®
  • 2 cups rice, for cooked sushi
  • 250 grams skirt steak, cooked and diced
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • 1 tomtato, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • hot sauces, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • leaves nori seaweed, the necessary

Preparation

Add the cooked rice vinegar, mixing perfectly, let cool.
Place a sheet of Nori seaweed on a sushi mat covered in plastic for cooking. Spread 4 tablespoons of cooked rice, fill with the flank steak, tomato, onion and avocado. Salt and pepper to taste.
Roll and cover with slices of manchego type Kraft singles cheese. Cut into 8 equal parts.
Serve with soy sauce or hot sauce to taste.

PRESENTATION

Cut into rolls and accompany with a soy sauce and lemon or if your children like the spicy you can put a few drops on top.
