This recipe arose from the idea of ​​changing a bit the routine of carrots, chicken, broccoli and all those common baby porridge ingredients. I present my version of baby mushroom cream.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams white mushroom, washed and disinfected
  • 100 milliliters Water
  • 30 milliliters milk, of formula

Preparation

Heat a half teaspoon of olive oil.
Sauté half a clove of chopped garlic .
Add 150 g of mushrooms and sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Once the 10 minutes have elapsed, we take out 50 gr of chilies that we will use later.
We add 100 mL of baby water and 30 mL of prepared formula.
Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, we chopped the 50 grams of mushrooms.
Once the 15 minutes have passed, turn off the heat and let cool a few minutes, blend the ingredients and serve on a plate.
Pour the mushrooms previously minced.
And ready! A delicious mushroom champion for our babies is ready!

PRESENTATION

It is served on a plate and accompanied with some juice of your baby's favorite flavor.
