Banana and Kale porridge is perfect for your child. It contains a good supply of iron (preventing anemia), vitamin C (preventing colds), calcium (helping to strengthen bones) and potassium (helping to prevent cramps).

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cups kale, chopped

Preparation

Peel the banana and remove the hairs with a spoon, place the banana and kale in the Evenflo Advance® processor and press the power button for 30 seconds.
Process until it has the consistency of a porridge.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a plastic plate.
