This recipe of cheese fingers breaded with granola, is perfect to give as a snack or send lunch to your children. They are low in fat and have a rich flavor thanks to the Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins. They are crispy and soft inside. Children will love it.

Ingredients

14 servings
  • 2 cups of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 14 pieces of mozzarella cheese pipes
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • cooking spray oils

    Preparation

    Cut the mozzarella block into thick rectangles. If you got the mozzarella tubes, skip this step.
    Place the egg in a bowl and beat it with a fork and add the milk. Put the flour in another bowl and add salt and pepper.
    Pass the rectangles of mozzarella for the flour, then for the egg mixture and finally for the Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins.
    Place them on a baking tray with waxed paper or a silicone mat and sprinkle with a little vegetable oil spray. Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
    Serves hot.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with an Italian tomato sauce or with ketchup and mustard.
