Ingredients

  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 of Cup of ground bread
  • 2 spoonfuls of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of Nutrioli DHA® oil
  • enough of ketchup To accompany

    Preparation

    In a pot with boiling water, cook the broccoli for 3 minutes, remove, place in ice water to highlight the color and cut the cooking, and then strain and chop finely.
    In a bowl, mix the broccoli with the onion, Parmesan cheese, panko, breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, egg and season with salt and pepper.
    On a board and with the help of your hands, form the fingers and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
    In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of Nutrioli DHA® over medium heat and cook the fingers until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve and accompany with ketchup sauce and a fresh salad.
