4 portions
  • 4 breads, small cream cheese filling
  • 200 ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams ground bread
  • pinches cumin powder
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 garlic and onions
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tomato, little
  • green lettuces
  • 50 grams american cheese
  • pickles

Place the ground meat in a deep bowl. Break an egg and add it together with a little bread crumbs, and spices.
Chop the parsley, onion and garlic finely. Add them to the preparation and mix with a wooden spoon.
Take a bit of the mixture with a spoon for ice cream, this in order that the hamburgers remain the same size. Form a small ball and flatten until they are 5 cm wide, remember that they will become wider at the time of cooking.
Put a little vegetable oil in a pan or grill, wait for it to heat up and cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side.
Cut the rolls in half, you can spread each side mayonnaise, mustard or whatever you like.
Place a hamburger on each pan, this should be adjusted to the size of the bun. If it is too big, cut it off with something round to give it shape. Do the same with the cheese or try not to get too much out of the bread.
Chop the lettuce and put a layer under or in the middle of the burger. Followed by a slice of tomato as small as possible.
Cut the gherkins into thin slices. With a little ketchup, make eyes and mouth.
If you want to make it more fun, present it with the bread from the top to the side so that the happy faces can be seen in the pickles.

Accompany with curly potatoes or carrot sticks and celery sticks.

You can use ground beef of your choice: Chicken, Turkey, or Pork.
