Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Castilla pumpkin
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Place the water in a pan, cover and cook over medium heat until tender (about 15 minutes).
Remove the pumpkin skins and blend the pumpkin pulp with a little cooking water until a puree is obtained.
Serve some of the porridge on your baby's plate.

PRESENTATION

Make sure the porridge is warm when feeding your baby.

TIPS

Don't use too much water when boiling the squash.
