4 portions
  • 4 white breads
  • 5 Emmental cheeses
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pea
  • 1/4 cups parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 turkey hams

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Boil water and place the eggs. Let them cook for 14 minutes. When this time has passed, remove them from the water and remove the eggshell.
Place a little oil on a baking sheet. Place the bread on the tray and spread the Manchego cheese on top. Bake at 200 ° C for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove the bread from the oven and place a slice of ham and a bit of mayonnaise on top. Reserve a little parsley to make the mouse's whiskers, the rest picayou and spread it over the mayonnaise.
Place a slice of emental cheese on top. Put the boiled egg on top, if necessary cut a piece of the egg so you can lie down without moving. Spread a little mayonnaise on the precooked peas and stick them on the egg to form the eyes and the little nose.
Put the sprigs of parsley next to the nose and form the whiskers. Cut the remaining slice of cheese in a triangle shape and with the help of a knife, make an incision in the top part and insert the cheese ears.
You can accompany them with ketchup and mustard or if you want something more healthy, you can arrange vegetables around the sandwich.

Place a hard egg on top and decorate it so that it looks like a mouse. You can accompany it with carrots, jitomatitos or cucumber.

Give it a tap on the top of the egg once it is cooked, this will help you remove the shell more easily.
