This recipe for chicken meatballs with pasta is a very complete food for mealtime, as it contains vegetables, protein and carbohydrates for energy.   • 3 cups ground chicken, for the meatballs
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped, for meatballs
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped, for meatballs
  • 1 egg, for the meatballs

  • to taste black pepper, for the meatballs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil, for the meatballs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups onion, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 cup tomtato, diced, for the sauce
  • 2 cups carrot, diced, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, for the sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream, for the sauce
  • 3 cups chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil, for pasta
  • 1 cup pasta, ammunition
  • to taste salt, for pasta
  • to taste black pepper, for pasta
  • enough parsley, for pasta

Preparation

For meatballs: mix ground chicken meat, parsley, egg, and season with salt and pepper. Form meatballs with your hands and fry with vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Reservation.
Heat a pot over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic with butter, add the tomato, carrot and thyme; Cook 5 minutes. Then blend with the cream and half of the chicken broth. Reservation.
In a pot with hot oil over low heat, brown the pasta while moving. Add the sauce and the rest of the chicken broth, add the meatballs and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. Reservation.
Serve and decorate with parsley.
