Ingredients

6 portions
  • 5 grams vegetal oil, ( 1 tablespoon )
  • 50 grams onion, (1/2 small piece) cut
  • 110 grams chicken breast, skinless and cut into pieces
  • 100 grams potato, (1 piece) peeled and diced
  • 50 grams carrot, (1 medium piece) peeled and cut
  • 350 milliliters chicken soup, without salt
  • 1 cup frozen pea

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan or pot and fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken into pieces and seal on all sides.
Add the chicken broth along with the cut potato and carrot.
Cover and cook over medium heat for approximately 20 more minutes.
Add the peas and cook 5 more minutes.
In a food processor or blender mix the ingredients until you get the desired texture.

TIPS

The smaller you cut the ingredients, the faster they will cook.
