Preparation
Melt the butter in a pan at low heat, add the onion and when it is transparent, add the chicken. Fry until chicken is golden brown.
Add the flour to the preparation (suddenly) and mix immediately, once it is well incorporated, add the milk little by little. Season and allow the preparation to dry, do not stop moving until a dough forms.
Pour this dough into a blender and grind, allow the preparation and reserve to cool.
Peel the Del Monte® Peasant Salad, to remove all the liquid. Mix the salad with the previous preparation.
Form balls the size of a ping-pong ball. Put the sticks in the chicken balls, fry in hot oil, taking care not to burn. Place the balls on paper to remove the excess oil.
Decorate the fried balls with the pretzels, these are going to be the horns. Use the onion to form the eyes and peppers to form the nose.
