Preparation

For the happy potatoes: In a bowl, mix the potato leaf with the water until it is hydrated, add the egg, the flour, the corn starch and the salt until forming a dough, rest the dough in refrigeration around 20 minutes.
Remove the dough from refrigeration. On a clean surface and with the help of a roller, spread the dough with a thickness of 3 centimeters. Cut with a circular cutter, shape the eyes with a stick or straw and the mouth with a spoon.
Heat a small pot over medium heat with the oil and fry the chips until crispy and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper towels Bounty® to remove excess fat. Set aside.
For the dressing: in a bowl, mix the ketchup with the ranch dressing.
Serve your chips with the dressing and enjoy.
For the spaghetti with sausage: For the sauce, heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic and onion, the tomato, add the tomato puree, then add the vegetable stock, season with the salt and the parsley, cook for 20 minutes until you get a sauce. Mix with the sour cream and set aside.
On a cutting board insert the spaghetti to the sausages. Cook in a pot with boiling water seasoned with salt according to the package instructions. Drain over a Bounty® absorbent paper towel.
Serve the pasta in a bowl and add the sauce, Parmesan cheese and decorate with parsley.
For Rainbow Jelly Cubes: With the help of your Bounty® absorbent paper towel and oil, grease a square mold.
Separate the previous mixture in 6 equal parts (one for each color) and add to each the different flavors of gelatin. Pour half of the strawberry gelatin into the mold and refrigerate until set.
