This cream of hake and pumpkin is an excellent option for your baby to have his first approach with fish, it has a delicate flavor and an ideal texture for kids.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 fish fillet, hake type or white nile fish without skin and without thorns
  • 1 pumpkin, little
  • 1 cambray onion, little
  • 1/2 cups fish soup
  • 1 teaspoon flour, or corn starch
  • enough extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Wash the pumpkin well and cut into thin slices.
Wash the chambray onion well and cut into thin slices.
Place the oil in a pan and pass the vegetables through the oil until lightly cooked.
Add the hake or white fish of the minced nile and let it cook.
Leave to cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Separate a few pieces of fish that we will use later.
Separately dissolve the flour or corn starch in the broth and add to the squash and hake, leave a few minutes cooking until it thickens.
Put in the blender and grind until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Let cool and serve together with the pieces of fish that we had separated.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil if it is to be used for adults.

TIPS

If you add a little salt and ground black pepper, you can also serve it as a first course in any adult meal.
