Cream of Hake and Pumpkin for Baby

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of fish steak hake type or white nile fish without skin and without thorns
  • 1 piece of pumpkin little
  • 1 piece of Cambray onion little
  • 1/2 Cup of fish soup
  • 1 teaspoonful of flour or corn starch
  • enough of extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Wash the pumpkin well and cut into thin slices.
    Wash the chambray onion well and cut into thin slices.
    Place the oil in a pan and pass the vegetables through the oil until lightly cooked.
    Add the hake or white fish of the minced nile and let it cook.
    Leave to cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Separate a few pieces of fish that we will use later.

    Let cool and serve together with the pieces of fish that we had separated.
