Go ahead and prepare these elbows with cheese, a simple, fun and creamy recipe that you can make with your children and they will surely love them. This recipe for elbow pasta with sausage is prepared in 40 minutes and you only have to cook the sausages with onion and tomato a little, and boil the pasta, do not forget to add the cheese and voila, they will be delicious and they will be perfect for any day of week.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 liters Water
  • to taste salt
  • 200 grams elbows pasta
  • enough oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomtato, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough coriander, to decorate

Preparation

Boil the water in a pot and when it boils, add the salt; wait for it to recover temperature and cook the elbow pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain, cool and reserve.
In a skillet over medium heat heat the oil and cook the onion, the tomato, add the sausages and fry for 5 minutes, pour in the cream, the tomato puree, the oregano, the pepper, the elbows and the Manchego cheese; perfectly incorporates. Serve, garnish with cilantro and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with cilantro.

TIPS

Reserve a tablespoon of the pasta cooking and add it when you mix with the cream so the sauce will be super smooth.
