  • 200 grams spaghetti, black (with squid ink)
  • 300 grams ground beef, beef
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 egg
  • catsup
  • 1 jar tomato sauce, for pasta
  • 2 black olives, boneless
  • 1 slice manchego cheese, gross
  • 1 teaspoon ground bread
  • 5 walnuts, chopped


Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a fist of sea salt. The time varies from brand to brand but approximately 10 minutes. Strain and reserve.
Place the ground meat in a glass bowl, add salt and pepper, add a teaspoon of ketchup and break an egg. Mix well and finally add the bread crumbs, this will serve to keep the balls compact. Chop nuts and add them to the meat, you will endow them with healthy fats and an incredible texture.
You can bake them, fry them or cook them. This will depend on the consistency you want, personally I recommend baking them for 20 minutes at approximately 180 ° C.
Heat the pot sauce in a pot over low heat, season with more herbs and give it your own flavor. If you do not want to use pre-made sauce, you can make your own by cooking 1 kilo of tomato and liquefying them with 1/4 onion, 2 tablespoons of garlic, and several herbs. Take this mixture to the fire until it breaks the boil.
Place a bed of pasta, bathe with the sauce and two meatballs on top. Cut the olives and cheese in circles. Mount the eyes and stick them to the meat with a little sauce.


Serve the pasta dipped in sauce and place 2 meatballs as eyes.


If your children do not love meat you can make your eyes with round bread.
