Delicious Pasta Elbows with Tuna

Ingredients

  • enough of Water
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 Cup of pasta of coditos
  • 1/2 Cup of corn yellow, shelled
  • 1/2 Cup of pea cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of broccoli cut into small and cooked small trees
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot diced, cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of cucumber cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of tuna in water drained
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta in a pot with boiling water and salt according to the package instructions, drain and cool.
    In a bowl mix the cooked pasta elbows with the corn, the pea, the broccoli, the carrot, the cucumber, the tuna, the lemon juice and the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with juice and fruit.

    TIPS

    Stop the pasta cooking by squeezing it immediately and going through cold water. In case you are not going to usea the pasta immediatly, mix with a tablespoon of oil so that it does not stick.
