Ingredients

1 portion
  • eggs
  • 50 grams yellow cheese
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 100 grams cherry tomato
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • Romaine lettuce

Preparation

Put enough water in a pot, this will depend on the amount of eggs you want to cook.
Add the eggs carefully so they do not break. Let cook for 15 minutes or at the end that you like the yolk to your children.
Cut two slices and four thin strips of carrot.
With the help of a circular cutter cut the yellow cheese. And with your knife make small circles.
Cover a little circle of cheese that has been left over, pass it for ground bread, edible diamantine or whatever you have on hand to decorate the mouse's nose.
Peel the egg and place it horizontally. Make a small cut on the top and insert the two carrot slices as ears.
Make two more cuts on each side of the egg and insert two strips of carrot on each side. For the eyes you can use black sesame.
With the help of a cutter in the shape of a flower, heart or whatever you have on hand, make figurines with the cucumber.
Place on a plate a bed of lettuce, the boiled egg and aside the jitomatitos and cucumber figurines.

PRESENTATION

You can cut the carrots along and transform it into a bunny.

Saludos!
