Ingredients

2 portions
  • 150 grams frozen pea

Preparation

Place the peas in a steamer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
Strain and save some of the water where the peas were cooked.
Run the peas under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Blend the cooked peas with a little of the cooking water to obtain the desired consistency.

PRESENTATION

Serve warm.
