Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tablespoons oats, snapshot
  • 1 glass Water
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt, girego
  • 1 peach
  • 1/3 Red apples

Preparation

Make the fruit compote: Peel and cut the fruit into cubes. Boil or steam until smooth. Grind it
Cook the oats as you say in the instructions (in this case do it with simple and hot water).
Once the oatmeal is warm, mix it with the fruit compote. Then add the yogurt. It is advisable to add the yogurt when it is going to be consumed so that it does not spend much time outside the refrigerator.
Serve at room temperature.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in a plastic bowl and let your baby enjoy it!

TIPS
