Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2/3 glasses orange juice
  • 1/4 apples
  • 1/2 slices melon
  • 1 fist cranberry
  • 1 bolillo bread, cut in half, no crumb
  • 1 tablespoon light cream
  • 1 slice turkey ham
  • 1 slice potato, diced
  • 1/2 slices pineapple
  • 1 slice panela cheese, diced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 chewy candies
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Blend the orange juice, peeled apple, melon and cranberry (without any sugar). Place it in its tightly covered plastic jar.
Place the olive oil in the pan, let it heat for a few seconds and then place the potato diced slice and the pineapple in small squares, when the potato and pineapple are browned, add the panela cheese, just to get hot, don't let it melt, and remove from heat.
Slice the bolillo or telera in half, remove the crumb, spread light cream on the bolillo or telera, insert the slice of turkey ham and inside this slice place 2 tablespoons of fried potato chips with pineapple, a drop of honey and panela cheese (do not add salt).
For dessert, add 2 Coronado chewy.

PRESENTATION

Place the cake in its paper bag to prevent it from hardening when it cools down and put this bag in your topper / lunch box with its 2 chewy drinks.
