Preparation
Wash and disinfect all vegetables. Peel the potato and the carrot.
With cutters of figures do all the forms that occur to you in each vegetable. Put them to cook in 2 liters of water with grain salt. I recommend first cooking the potatoes and carrots, and finally the chayote, zucchini and green beans.
Grind the tomato in blender or food processor. Strain and add to the vegetable broth. Add the garlic seasoning or the one of your preference.
Rectify seasoning. While it continues to boil you can add a handful of rice to cook, thicken the soup a little and give it more consistency.
