Delicious baked roll, flavored with pizza. You can vary the filling according to what you like the most but I promise you that with these ingredients it tastes delicious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package tomato sauce, italian style
  • 1/4 pounds pepperoni
  • 1 carrot, grated girl
  • 1 peppers, boy in strips
  • 1 onion, girl in strips
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cover the puff pastry (previously stretched and in a circular shape with the tomato sauce, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on the sauce.
Spread the pepperoni to your liking, over the cheese. Over the pepperoni, sprinkle the carrot, paprika and onion.
Roll the dough and hold it with wooden toothpicks so that it does not open.
Bathe each roll with a tablespoon of olive oil. Next, drizzle each with a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
Put baking paper on a mold and place the rolls on the paper. Bake until the dough is done (about 20 minutes).

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the plate with parsley and black olives.

TIPS

You can add olives and tomato or any other ingredient you want.
