Green bean porridge, potato and boiled egg

The bean, potato and boiled egg porridge has a high protein content, which helps your baby to develop adequate muscles. The potato has a good supply of folic acid, which prevents your baby from developing anemia. The green bean provides flavonoids, which is a known anticancer.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 egg, Cooked
  • 1/2 cups green bean
  • 1/2 potatoes

Preparation

Remove the ends of the green bean, peel the potato and cut it into medium pieces.
Add 200 ml of water to the Evenflo Advance® vaporizer. Place the vegetables in the steamer basket and place the basket in the steamer.
Cover the basket and press the power button, cook for 20 minutes.
Arrange the food in the blender glass and press the power button, process for 30 seconds.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a plastic plate.
