Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices box bread
  • 12 slices Turkey ham
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 tomtato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • olives, to decorate
  • yellow cheeses, to decorate
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

First prepare the vegetables for the grill. Cut the eggplant squash, red pepper and tomato into slices or strips and place in a deep bowl. Season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill and cook the vegetables until soft.
Heat the slices of bread over the same pan to give them more flavor.
Prepare each sandwich by first placing the ham and then the vegetables.
Decorate the sandwich with carrot, cucumber, olives and yellow cheese to make funny faces.
You can dress the sandwich with mustard, mayonnaise or ketchup.
