Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams fresh mozzarella cheese, in balls
  • 150 grams cherry tomato
  • basil, cool
  • 50 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • table salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • olives
  • cream cheeses

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the tomato and basil leaves.
Place a bed of basil or spinach leaves on an extended plate if you prefer.
Assemble a cherry tomato and a ball of fresh mozzarella cheese.
Cut an olive in half and form the mouth. Stick it with some cream cheese.
Form small balls of cream cheese to form the eyes. And put a piece of olive in the center.
Season with a little balsamic or apple vinegar, salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Make the worm as big as you like.

TIPS

You can use melon balls or any fruit or vegetable you can think of.
