The traditional and typical ham cake, this is a basic and quick recipe for all kinds of occasions, you can prepare them at parties, gatherings or simply put your whole family to cook on Sunday delicious and healthy cakes.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 Mexican telera rolls
  • 4 slices Turkey ham
  • 150 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 tomtato
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • mustard, to taste
  • avocados, to taste
  • pickled jalapeño peppers, to taste

Preparation

Cut the teleras in half horizontally and remove the crumb.
Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on each one.
Add two slices of ham to each and crumble the Oaxaca cheese on top of them.
In a frying pan put the fork with the Oaxaca cheese touching the pan so that the cheese melts.
Then, once the cheese is ready, add slices of tomato and avocado.
Put chili to your liking and close with the lid.
Heat the cake in the pan on both sides and go!
