Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 flour tortillas, integral
  • 60 grams Oaxaca cheese, grated
  • 1 slice Turkey ham
  • 1 slice Pineapple in syrup
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Pour the oil over the pan and heat over low heat. Fry the ham in pieces and the slice of pineapple right there. When they are lightly browned, remove from the heat.
Slice the pineapple into small pieces. On each tortilla we distribute the cheese, ham and pineapple in equal parts.
We fold each tortilla in half and put to the fire, in the comal, until melting the cheese.
What a treat!

PRESENTATION

I recommend serving accompanied by tomato sauce with oregano and ranch dressing (or another of your preference), you can use a tomato as a container for this.

TIPS

You can create your own combinations, substituting ham and pineapple for your favorite ingredients.
